Avalon A3blk selfcleaning dispenser is the first time I bought from Amazon. My order is black color but they ship me white and this white one quitely doesn't work at all buttons of hot, cool and cold. Since I am on wheelchair living alone that's why it wasted my time a lot for openning and packed it back to return and wait for pick it up. Then later I have tried to go to the walmart store for look and see, I bought the other dispenser PRIMO, I have been happy with it, so far.

Does the A4 models accept glass 5 gallon jugs? What dimensions should I look on a jugs opening for when purchasing a water jug

I have the same machine and use a 15 liter bottle and the water isnt pouring. So 1) is 15 liter to much ?

Is there a screw somewhere to adjust the cold temperature? I have an a14 can't find it. I want my water a little colder

Just got ours. 1.) Our probe is flexible metal...the one shown here is plastic; and 2.) when I insert it into the 5 gallon bottle, the probe is too long and a lot of water splurged out onto the floor. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

I’m very disappointed that the ozone has to be activated manually, my old whirlpool did this automatically.
For a 500$ machine I think this is unacceptable... I will be cancelling my order.
