It has everything I want but the price point is a little too high for an 8 gen 2 phone. If it were $1299 I would have jumped on it immediately

Honestly my issue with the open is the fact that my friend recently bought one and was night scrolling. At a point the phone fell out of his grip and landed on his face but unfortunately he smacked it to the floor which damaged the inner screen. After a lengthy back and forth with insurance when sent to a repair shop they just said "we can't repair this were just gonna cut you a check for whatever the value of the phone is. While most wouldn't see this as an issue you have to look at the bigger picture. There are very few replacement parts available and OnePlus doesn't really make it easy to get a hold of them.

I considered buying the phone but I can't justify the price of it seeing the durability issues that folding phones introduce with their interior display. Although, I'd love to try this device if I ever could get the chance, I don't care much for folding phones because of the internal display being weaker than the outer display. I would rather use a small form factor pro level Android tablet. One that could rival the iPad Mini, but with its performance comparable to an iPad Pro.

I've used almost every phone and I gotta say oneplus is the best I'm using OnePlus 10t now and it's a powerhouse and I want that fold and their os is the best android I've used outside of Huawei
