Im restoring one i got from a thrift store for $14. I am planning to do the plith (base) in carbon fibre blk and new cartridge Gemini cn15 and swap out rca with acoustic research gold plated.

Ihear this is a very good turntable, How does it sound ? 2, Heard some do not come with Amps and ppl have to buy a pre amp, so does this include an amp, if so how powerful, thanks

I bought this turntable back in the day. I could not afford a better quality one, What a cheep piece of equipment. Was never happy with it sound quality is important not the looks.
