Thank you for this video, it was extremely helpful! I had my interview last Tuesday, and today I just officially accepted a position as an ER nurse!!

I had interview yesterday afternoon and got the offer just 30 mins ago! All the questions the video mentioned were asked by the employer! Such as “Tell me about yourself”, actually they are looking for what I can bring to them, my experiences and knowledge are matched their request, positive attitude, critical think, time management, flexibility, reliable…., “Why do you choose be a nurse?”, “Tell me your biggest strength”. Based on this clinic institute which I applied, it is always super busy, I told them “My previously job experience made me good at time management”! Also by the end of interview, they asked me if I have any questions, yes! I asked what is the favourite part that they would like to work here?” It took them over 15 mins to tell me why they like work in here!
