So i ordered a ms-9600udls but they said one of the buttons don't work, it is brand new they said but they tried upgrading a firmware and that's when all went wrong.. any idea's? I think its incorrect feedback going to and from panel on the keypad

Hi, just want to ask. Should there be any settings on the control panel MS9600LSE to conect with PS TOOLS configurator via RS232 DB9 on TB7 on the control panel. Every time i click "connect" it indi ates an error something like "not verified panel id".
