But don't take our word for it, here's what some of our client's have to say about us.
“In this day and age, it’s hard to find a company you can trust. Coastline Construction LLC was recommended to me by a friend, and now I know why – the quality of service I received was outstanding. Keep up the good work!”

" When my home was built, there was no handrail going up the stairs. Using the half wall on the other side was ineffective causing me to fall several times. I had Coastline custom make and install a handrail that complemented the other trim in my home. It looks great, the carpenter/installer was very friendly and cleaned up after himself. I would use them again."

"I interviewed several different roofing companies before making a decision on who to go with to replace my roof. Some appeared to be "fly by night" companies without proper credentials, licensing etc. I ultimately went with Coastline Construction and was very pleased. They used quality materials and efficient workmen that tore off and replaced my roof in one day, Except for the brand new roof, you would never know they were even here. I would definitely recommend using them."
Mark L., Virginia Beach, Va.
"I have used Coastline to do many different things in my home. I have had tile installed, walls moved, my kitchen and baths upgraded and a room addition done. I am always pleased with their work."
Mike A., Virginia Beach, Virginia
Project Date: June 2014
The work I had done consisted of replacement of a very leaky roof, new windows throughout the house and a total rebuild of the kitchen, badly damaged by water from the leaky roof mentioned above.
The Roof: The roof took a single day, with materials positioned on site a day or two before so the crew could start early on the day they arrived. The new roof required replacement of several pieces of plywood as well as shingles. It also consisted of removal of existing gutters and replacement and wrapping of the fascia and frieze boards. The wrapping of the fascia and frieze board (a term I was completely unfamiliar with) took an additional couple of days, but again, the finished product looks outstanding. The beauty of this is the total maintenance free exterior - NO PAINTING required in the future.
The Windows: The installation was completed in one day except the living room which took a bit longer. The living room was the storage area for all the items moved from the kitchen during renovation. Therefore they had to work around this to gain access to all the window frames from the inside. The finished product was again excellent in appearance and a side bonus I hadn't counted on was the fact that they are quieting and reduce much of the street noise I was previously hearing with the old wood-frame windows.
The Kitchen: The demolition of the old kitchen was undertaken in a most exuberant fashion. All cabinetry was removed s well as one whole wall taken down to the studs. The cabinets and counter tops were replaced along with a new sink and the floor (badly stained bare wood) was covered with ceramic tile. Also, the ceiling and walls were re-plastered and painted. I found the time involved to be frustrating but have been told by several people this is a common frustration with any renovation and just something anyone having major rebuilds done simply has to endure. The over all finished product is a totally new, beautiful and functional kitchen. In fact, I sent pictures to my sister out of state, at work. She said a co-worker was looking over her shoulder when she opened the pictures (on her computer) and remarked, “I want that kitchen.”
Over all, the improvements have been truly remarkable and have garnered comments to that effect from neighbors and friends alike. I am Very satisfied.
