The same goes for 2nd Player Etna and Pure Flonne, you can also change their forms using the Dark Assembly once you've reached the post game. It only costs 100 Mana to propose the Bill to turn Laharl into Laharl-Chan, but 10000 Mana to change Laharl back; both of the Bills to change Etna's form cost only 100 Mana to propose; and the Bill to transform Flonne into Pure-Flonne costs 5000 Mana, but the Bill to turn her back into her Fallen Angel form costs 2500 Mana.
