I like your energy! :) As someone living in Sao Paulo, I can confirm the numbers are accurate. I'd consider rent for a single, living with with a roommate as R$ 1k p/mo per person, but I guess there are cheaper suburbs for R$ 600. I'd also add using Uber and public transport (if possible) is much cheaper than owning a car, since the yearly car tax will cost 4% of the vehicle's purchasing price.
