Pickman's Teddy is located near the Pickmans Gallery. Seems this teddy was boxing under the influence!

The whole teddy bear thing that makes me laugh is the surgery scene in the mass pike tunnel. One teddy is operating on another and more waiting to be seen. It’s funny to me.

2:38 It took me several years before I found a buoy I could carry home to a settlement, most of them are static, I've since found several more but it's still kinda weird seeing you just swim into one like that.

The teddies are a great addition to the game. Aside from sometimes being used as a subtle substitute for deceased babies/children (in the same way that war dramas often show a broken doll instead of a deceased child), the teddies (and gnomes) are perhaps mainly a dark humour motif that acts as a humorous counterpoint to all the horror and rush-around violence in the game. Each is a still moment representing the gentle innocence of youth. It also clearly inspired the game designers to create some amazingly bizarre, off-the-wall, funny, and sometimes downright creepy dioramas for players to discover, interpret, and enjoy. :-)

You can have the teddy bear but I want the rum. It makes exploring Fallout 4 more fun.
