Recommendations- How have people found you to be? How was their experience with you being their coworker, colleague and boss. Make sure to give enough recommendations and and also ask. This plays a very important role and people get to know you through this.

Connections- Building a network is very easy on LinkedIn, but doing it the right way is what matters a lot. Connect with people from your industry so you know what's happening, be a part of the conversations happening and leave valuable insights on posts.
