This is a cover of a song by the band The Hispañoles. I could only find a few things about them, but it seems their an Austrailian group from the 90s. Initially inspired by the Britpop scene, they gained a cult following in the Sydney area, before apparently breaking up after a few years. Their music ended up on a bootleg compilation cd which ended up in a record shop in Austin, TX, where i found it smooshed between a bunch of others in a bargain bin. I’ve been trying to find more songs by them, so stay tuned.
