Jupyter Notebooks, Python and Oracle Installation (Part 1)

A quick run through explaining why I use Jupyter Notebooks, Python, Docker and Oracle for my test environment. In the previous video I quickly showed you what Jupyter Lab was and using it with Oracle. In this video I explain how to install all of the various parts.
