Remember everyone: this isn’t ‘talent.’ Talent is a natural proficiency at an action without practice — to acquire a skill, you can build on preexisting talent (or no talent at all), but the initial presence of talent or lack thereof will never decide if a person acquires a skill such as this. This is hard work, dedication, and practice. Anyone can ‘draw like that’ if they try; talent may give you a leg up when you start, but nothing more. Give this artist the recognition they deserve. Saying it’s just ‘talent’ demeans the level of dedication this person spent on their craft by assuming it was some natural gift rather than an acquired skill that took practice and hard work to achieve.
