A helpful hint, cut up your cream cheese before whipping. Use a piping bag to pour the center in your baked batter. You can control it better & it's more neat to your final presentation. Otherwise, great job!! 👍

I'd eat it lol but using a star tip bent open with an actual pastry bag for the filling would probably be a lot easier and cleaner than spooning it in
