I THINK YOU HAVE TO HAVE MFA which is multi factor so you need to have sms and email

U need email 2fa activated which is where they can send your rewards/ where to claim earnings

Guys This happend to my friend. He solved it out, even if you have 2fa YOU Dont have it enabled on your account, you can gift without enabling it but you cant play without enabling it.
