Why Did Spirit Airlines Cancel Half of Its Flights Today?

Spirit is the worst airline, why would anyone book a flight with them? We learned our lesson 10 years ago, never again.

Never again with them. I traveled with them to the Caribbean like 3 years ago and had no incidents but will never travel with them again. This is way too scary to not learn the lesson.

As a former Flight Attendant of a legacy carrier I say :
1) You get what you pay for.
2) Read the small print on these low end cattle carriers.
3) Stick with a legacy Airline, while they have problems at times, you are better off .
4) Always book and fly First Class if you can. While it’s a disgrace from what it was when I flew, you still get better treatment.
5) Stay away from these flying Walmart carriers…….

You get what you pay for. That's why I don't mind paying more to go delta which is the best airline in the country. I always fly delta

All these businesses that got Federal Aid are still raising their prices. Perhaps taking advantage of hard times. I refuse to go out and pay 20 dollars for a burrito or burger. Wait till summer is over, who will shop at these places then ???

Spirit has created for itself a public relations nightmare from which there is no way of making things better.

Staff at the counter are heroes for getting dressed and preparing themselves for customer service battles where there's nowhere available to turn for relief while being in a pinch.
