It's actually a very good movie title because the goodbye had represented Christopher not enjoying his make believe world or the playing itself anymore than he used to. Either he was growing old or growing tired by the fame it gave.

To save alot of people from guessing, Christopher Robin is the son of the guy who wrote Winnie The Pooh. His father used him as a character in his books and later called him Winnie after Christopher called his first bear Winnipeg. Why its called Goodbye Christopher Robin is anyone's guess cause he died at a very old age.

Immediately recognized the female voice that narrates the trailer -- Kelly Macdonald, Merida from Brave! My inkling was confirmed when Kelly shows up briefly in the trailer. :)

Winnie the Pooh was a major part of my childhood and will always be in my heart, I will DEFINITELY be watching this.
