Ich liebe diesen soundtrack und den Film. Einfach nur der beste Vampirfilm ever: alles was ich mich vorgestellt habe war da drinnen; keine Pussyvampire wie in anderen bekannten Filmen, sondern knallharte weibliche Vampire- einfach nur hammer und perfekt in Szene gesetzt- schade das es keinen zweiten Teil gibt- ich würde mich wirklich freuen, wenn es einen geben würde- respekt an den regisseur und an alle Schauspieler, die sich sogar übertroffen haben

My first German film, very impressive indeed. Hooked me in from the start, when the song "Self-Fulfilling Prophecy" came on. That song set the mood for the whole film, I thought.

I watched this last night and it's def the German version of the lost boys with ladies. I dont blame the actress for what she did because her 90+ daughter thought she was an Angel on her death bed and that played on her mind that she not only lost her but also that she didnt see her as she was. That scene hit me hard as she knew she had nothing more to eternily live for. The point of the story is Eternal life is over rated and not what its made out to be. Theres a serious downside with loneyness, depression and loss. Lousie thought Lena was the reincarantion of her sire and spent centries finding her again. The film borrows from Interview with a vampire returning the sired into their lives before they changed things never losing that look like the girl Tom cruise sired with her hair turning into curls

@MorganelleWitch6 Absolute Zustimmung! SO müssen Vampirinnen sein. Die glitzern nicht "gülden" bei Tageslicht, sondern verbrennen. Das macht Vampire aus: fast unbesiegbar in der Nacht, aber sehr verletzlich bei Tag. Das gibt ihnen erst den besonderen Reiz. Finde den Film auch (und gerade) wegen der tollen Schauspielerinnen einzigartig! Die Szene in der Charlotte den Freitod wählt ist GRANDIOS!
