Can you do PM to IS? Normally, it is the other way around, but I am using a pitbike adapter, and it mounts to normal IS mount. My new forks are PM 😢

Interesting that the one adapter I want is t compatible with the Hope V4 calipers. I want to go from PM 180 to 203mm. Hope tech 4 v4

Cup and cone washers do nothing on the outside of the caliper flange when bolted to a flat adapter surface. 4:06

Front: IS 50mm
Rear: Post 75mm
The brakes I'm buying are flat 34mm.

What freaking adapter do I need for 160mm rotors? Do i need to adapt IS to post and then to the brake size? Using 2 adapters?
