Thank you but after update software to 10.3.2.2474 my bb Z10 camera is not working and torch as well, everything was fine before update.. kindly guide me as soon as possible

my bb z10 has frozen it will only display the Easter egg/percentage timer, what can I do to resolve the problem, I have tried the usual, removing battery etc, nothing I do is help help  please

I got a q10 and luv the keyboard but I also like to watch youtube vids a lot so Im goin to need a z10 next time, btw so many glitch on q10, facebook app made my contacts dissapear and caledar doesnt work so I had to do I reboot and not goin to download the fb app

What is wrong with you people? I OWN a Z10 and it IS an Easter Egg because it's not apparent or evident. I discovered it by mistake. That's what an easter egg IS. Not many people touch their screens while the phone is booting because not many OS's are interactive during boot.

this isnt an Easter Egg.. Easter Eggs are supposed to be a hidden feature that gets unveiled on doing something.. like the android easter eggs wher u tap the version number continuously and it launches that animation..
