Nice video for those going to their first interview, but for someone like me who's been to more than 30 interviews in the last few years, this is all common sense. Funny as it seems, regarding attire, I was once told by a recruiter not to dress too "slick" or "well dressed" to future interviews, because according to what he was told by an interviewer I interviewed for, I looked as if I didn't need the job and too successful than other candidates. The biggest load of malarkey I ever heard.
