Water would be plentiful, but Oxygen a premium, created by vegetation.

Its interesting how common perfect cutting and placing of huge stone blocks was across the globe. The lack of tools is very odd, but, stone lasts a long time. Could some of it be from a previous warm period one or two hundred thousand years ago? So old the only thing left were the stone structures and where a culture as advanced as us, more so in other ways, built the stuff. So old all signs of their tech is gone. What will happen to our stuff in 100k years?

I had the opportunity to have been in the Serapeum. I inspected the box that was left in the hall. There is no indication that there was anything under it. No rollers, no rope. This history goes back to the end of the ice age

The difficulty in figuring out ancient Egypt is due to everything being wrecked, looted, and poorly restored. Anything of value has long been stolen. If its not really heavy and made of something like granite, its already been lifted.

It was built underground as this is a strong place. This structure would have been like a bunker to protect valuable items, knowledge etc from natural devastation above ground level. People & belongings could be stored underground in safe housing much like we do now with documents, valuables safekeeping. 16:19

Egyptians built nothing, if they did that means they travelled the world building pyramids but didn't populate anywhere except Egypt, it also mean tens or hundreds of thousands of expert stone masons, quarriers, boat makers, tool makers, miners, geologists, scientists, medical teams, home builders, cooks, mothers, children, animals also travelled to every country where they built pyramids.

All Historical writers always added flair and story to their work. Limestone casein stones that got removed by people later, all those people should be dug up, brought back to life and refilled.
