The 20" Giant Beat MULTI is the Gold Standard for a 20" crash.

I've finally transitioned over to Paiste after wanting to for years. The consistency of their cymbals from the top to the bottom is second to none and its an unmistakable sound. I've been using a mixed set of thin and regular weight PST7s as my gigging cymbals and I've had a few people mistake them for 2002s. As usual, excellent video all around. You guys are awesome.

The musicality of these cymbals is amazing! Some of those crashes sounded like they were harmonizing together! Did anyone else hear that?!

I own the 2002's and love them, but those big beats sound amazing as well.

Big Beats! I bought a set from DCP last year and love them. 15, 18, 19, 20, 22. They are great.

Paiste has his own thing going on. I respect that! Kit is gorgeous too! DCP killing it as always!

Paiste 2002 all the way !! Really like the clear sound that they produce.

There's a complexity to the Big Beats that I don't hear in the others- or ANY other B8 cymbals, really. Very impressive.

Thank you very much for that comparison demo. I watched, then I closed my eyes and listened then I opened my eyes just long enough to see which pair you were
going to do something else and then I closed my eyes again. I'm so happy that I bought Paiste Giant beats in 2001 in Nashville, Tn. Before that in 1998, I bought the same sizes that you are playing today in Paiste 2002's except my ride was a 21". Then in 2001, I bought my Giant Beats. All this time I believed that the best cymbals that
I heard from my favorite drummers of the past were all playing with Giant Beats and after today, I'm thrilled that I still have them and won't change them for any
other brand cymbals. Some day in the future I will buy a new set of my old Zildians. 14" New Beat Hi-Hats, 22" Medium Ride and an 18" and a 20" Medium Crashes again.
Nothing sounds better than the Original Avedus Zildian Cymbals. Screw all of these 50 different types of cymbal names. Simple was and is always the best to me.
Thank you for the Excellent demo. It was great and proved to me what I always knew. My ears never lied to me.

I'd take the Giant Beat hi hats, the 2002 crash, and a Big Beat ride.

That shimmering overtone of the 2002 alloy is so beautiful and adds so much life to what ever music it is used for. Just listen too "Hallowed be thy Name" by Iron Maiden for example you can feel that 2002 shimmering.

Can we have a comparison between the Masters series, Dark Energy and Formula 602 classic range...

Very nice! I have a 21'' Big Beat and it fits so well with my black label 18'' medium and 20'' medium crashes. So warm.

I've been using the Paiste Big Beat setup for two years now and I absolutely love those cymbals. They fit in any scenario. Sometimes that 24" is too much, so I'm thinking of buying a 22".

The fact you also reverse the Pan mix when switching camera angles is appreciated... Thanks both for the content as well as the attention to detail!
