To summarize:

Ashton: Barbarian 8, CON+1, probably the Aberrant Dragonmark feat or another CON-boosting feat like Crusher (due to his use of a maul).
Orym: Fighter 8, CHA+1, perhaps the Fey Touched feat (I’m guessing Hunter’s Mark) or perhaps Skill Expert (for even higher Perception)
Imogen: Sorcerer 8, DEX/CHA+1 (for 16 and 20), extra 4th-level slot, 8 sorcery points
Fearne: Druid 7, 4th-level spells
FCG: Cleric 8, WIS+1, extra 4th-level slot, maybe the Observant feat
Laudna: Sorcerer 5, 3rd-level spells, two 3rd-level slots, 5 sorcery points
Chetney: Blood Hunter 7, Stalker’s Prowess, new Crimson Rite

OK, so:
- Only Ashton's Constitution went up by 1, Tal continuing to make Ashton as strong as possible as fast as possible. I wonder what feat he took. (I'm thinking Crusher)
- Again, Orym's Charisma only went up by 1, and while that may assist with Charisma saving throws, I wonder what feat he took. (I'm thinking Second Chance) EDIT: He picked Skill Expert.
- Imogen's Charisma is now a 20, which is great for a Sorcerer, and her Dexterity is now a +3, so maybe she'll have better luck throwing her knife. She also learns 1 additional spell, has 8 sorcery points, and gains 1 additional 4th level spell slot.
- Not sure which class Fearne leveled up in seeing as both Druids and Rogue's Hit Dice are d8s. But depending on which one, she now either has a 4th level spell slot, or cunning action.
- FCGs Wisdom went up by 1, always good for a cleric, but again, that's only one ability score, so it looks like he may have also taken a feat. (I'm thinking Telepathic or Observant, or maybe Chef if Sam wants to troll) EDIT: He picked Chef.
- Laudna now has 5 Sorcery Points and 2 3rd level spell slots.
- Chet learns an additional Crimson Rite, his speed has increased by 10ft and can jump further and higher, his unarmed strikes now also have a +1 bonus.

Imogen: +1DEX and +1CHA
FCG: Feat: Chef +1WIS
Fearne needs 1 lvl Druid or 3lvls Rogue to get ASI
Laudna needs 3lvl Sorcerer or 1lvl Warlock to get ASI
Chetney needs 1lvl Bloodhunter or 3lvls Rogue to get ASI.

For those curious
Ashton, Imogen, Orym and FCG all set either an ability score improvement or feat.
Chetney gets another damage type option for his Crimson Rite, (ice or lightning) and Stalker's Prowess (+10 speed & long jump, +3 high jump, unarmed strike in wolf form get +1 to attack and are magical.)
Laudna gets another spell, 2 Lvl 3 spell slots, and possibly Magical Guidance (can spend an SP to reroll a failed ability check) but thats an optional feature.
Fearne, if she went Druid 7, gets a 4th level spell slot. If she went Rogue 2 she'd get Cunning Action (disengage, dash or hide as Bonus Action)
