Putin accuses US of trying to 'drag out' conflict in Ukraine

Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused the US of dragging out the war in Ukraine. He also alleged the US is fanning tensions in Asia to stir up global instability. Mr Putin said the AUKUS security pact between Australia, the UK and the US is evidence of attempts to build a NATO-style bloc in the Asia-Pacific. He also claimed the West is trying to shift the blame for its own failures to Russia and China.
