SAAB 9-3 1.9 TiD Z19DTH P0340-28 DTC Troubleshooting, Timing sitting Part Two Of Two.

The vehicle came in to our garage with engine none starting condition, after the initial inspection we carried out the recorded diagnostic investigation, this investigation is recorded in two parts, this is part two of two and i hope this investigation will be helpful to someone who has the same problem and symptoms with their vehicle.

Hi mate I did the timing belt today then I went to rotate it twice, the engine won't turn can resetting the timing fix this ?
The Haynes manual did not have the timing marks for the top left one 11oclock. I used both tools for the right and bottom ones to lock them
