Just a small tip. I noticed you were leveling the cube in a linear pattern. It's best to focus on the cube upgrades that increase the drops from the astrolabe first. That way you get better AFK rewards and your 10x, 30x, and 100x give more loot.

Edit: About the charge thing. It doesn't prompt you to use your 10x-100x packs if you can't level up by using them. In your case, you didn't have enough XP in your inventory to get a charge, so it didn't show the prompt.

I have a question, how to level up my heroes when it said max level even if it isn't I'm on lvl 335 I've been stuck for almost a year now figuring this one out.
