1. Don’t over boil your eggs. 11 minutes tops then straight into an ice bath. I like to leave the yolks slightly jammy for a much richer flavor and creamy texture. Over boiled eggs will result in dry, rubbery yolks.
2. Add some acid. I like to put a splash of dill pickle juice along with whole grain mustard but you can also use pickled peppers for a bit of a kick.
3. TEXTURE. It’s a big thing for me personally. Deviled eggs are so soft, garnishing with something crunch before serving brings balance. I’m using fried onions here.

I have never enjoyed deviled eggs, but this video makes me want to try them again!! So lovely.

Hulled hemp seeds are excellent on so many things! They are soft but have just enough firmness to add a little crunch.
And NO they do not contain thc. Lol.
Just an excellent source of omegas n very mildly nutty to almost no flavour. Ideal on salads too.

Ooooo I love deviled eggs! I like an olive 🫒 on top! Black or green and any color in between!
