They are bizzare indeed. The best term to describe them is "depressive attack" - when for ~30 seconds you feel absolutely destroyed emotionally.
They can form clusters, when you slowly spiral down emotionally towards a series of the above mentioned events, and then you're as good as before. Between clusters there may be mood fluctuations and intrusive thoughts.

Can't find much information on that type of seizures. The majority of people with focal aware seizires have intense deja vu and a weird sensation in stomach, maybe seasoned with fear, but nothing more.
