Love love this man he makes me feel better about my disability and I met him twice in my life time but I never got an autograph for my book from him and wish I could meet him again for he influenced me not to give up my dreams and I'm almost 30

I was different from my peers while growing up. Although, I was physically "whole", I was bookish & socially inept. I was one of those "you're ugly & your mother dresses you funny" kids. I was teased & tormented & can identify with what Paul describes growing up. Congratulations on finding your way out & thriving! <3 <3

I could listen to Paul read a phone book for hours. Narrorating books on tape could be his next career.

Man!!! Never thought I’d ever feel terrible for a multi millionaire… it’s just more proof that people can draw strength from their weaknesses… this is a movie in the making I’d pay to see.

I've read Paul's book. I really enjoyed his telling of his story. I've also read Ace Frehleys book, No Regrets. His book is also really good.
Ace is my favorite member of Kiss.
But, let's be honest, Paul Stanley is the "glue" that has kept Kiss through the rough times til the present.
I've got to give him credit, he is a role model in perseverance.

Paul is the best man in the whole wide world, we are lucky to breathe the same air as him. Knowing he is alive just makes the world a better place.
Please help fund my project, I wanna make a 7' bronze statue in honor of this great man "Sir Paul Stanley"
All cash donations will be appreciated.

Paul’s singing voice is awesome, yet, I find his speaking voice even sexier.

Every person’s life is interesting. Paul Stanley’s, mine, yours, the random person walking down the street. I wish we would have and make the time to understand what living is to different people. Stanley’s account is fascinating and it is uniquely HIS. Someone else who was there would see it completely different, and that’s what the human experience is. ❤️

Paul I am so sorry that you were so isolated and abandoned it is unfortunate You are Not alone in the story of how despondent parents can be . I are I also hung out kids brutalized both at home and at school It was tough to see these beautiful kids taking the wrong route in life in UNFORTUNATELY some of those kids wound up dead do to the fact that nobody loved them drugs over took their emotional pain while myself and the rest of the gang tried our damdest to support them they found no other way to to live dying was for them was their salvation and I suppose their peace..I think this experience changed my life forever..I became a nurse and in my own way I learned crucial lessons in life because of that I became protective of my patients my children and my friends...as small as I was I took on the bully's and even broke the nose of the high school football star...once again my heart goes out to you.. your deformity became your greatest Allie and made you a STAR

wow. Paul articulates something here that i have always identified with but never could put into words. The "good kid" getting shit on, ignored, and left to his own devices; while the trouble maker winds up wasting all the familial support any 10 children would ever need.

Life as a young kid can be cruel. I was adopted and looked different than my family or the neighbors in my predominantly German-American neighborhood. I was the only kid who wasn't Aryan looking and I was called "Jew". I don't feel sorry for myself, as I went on the earn an MBA and have a great life, but I remember that cruel feeling of being "different".

Paul Stanley's knowledge of music exceeds his knowledge of politics; John Lindsay was the Republican candidate for mayor in 1965 - not the Democratic candidate (start listening at 34:30)
