BAKED TILAPIA WITH LEMON GARLIC SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
Cooking spray
4 (four) 6 oz. tilapia fillets
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice, from half of a lemon
Lemon zest, from half of a lemon
3 lemon slices, from the other half of the lemon
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup capers, drained

Hi. Wonderful video. May I ask what stores do you purchase your tilapia? I have not found good cuts of tilapia at Wal-Mart nor Fiesta. I live in Dallas.
