"Meditation" presents a beautiful selection of spiritual music dedicated to the eternal search and longing for inner peace. For this recording, Elīna Garanča is joined by her husband, the well-known Gibraltan conductor Karel Mark Chichon OBE.

"Dievaines" is a birthday song for the Latvian capital Riga, composed by Uģis Prauliņš in occasion of the cities 810th birthday. The song was first performed in a stadium park in Riga by a choir of more than 7.000 singers.
According to old Baltic traditions the "Dievaines" (goddesses) carry life energy in the form of light. The song describes the goddesses wrapping mankind into an aura of light like "a silvery sparkling blanket", which enables us to grow and create..
