I did UberX for 2 years. Now I do exclusively doordash, Postmates and Uber eats. It’s much better because you don’t have to deal with things out of your control like mad customers.

I stopped Uber driving in 2017 and switched to delivery every since. Not just uber but other delivery apps as well... I’ve been doing Uber Eats on the weekends and I LOVE it. I do it at weekend nights til about 3am or 4am. It keeps me in the general area. Also, I am nervous about driving people—the distance, the need to engage them and they might complain. The idea of having a stranger sitting in the confined space of my car is just plain weird. With Uber Eats at 2:30am the roads are empty and it’s peaceful. Plus I am friendly with customers for a bit then I drive off.

Money is the most important factor for me. Uberx wins in my market hands down. I don't have to deal with restaurants taking their time completing orders or stuff like apt complexes. No brainer switch from UE to Ux for me a couple of weeks ago. Averaging 25/hour so far.

I like to meditate and think and organize my thoughts while I’m driving alone with UberEATS , it is so much free time and fun, comparing uber x to UberEATS, I can say UberEATS contribute a lot to my life intellectually and mentality add the money on top of it it’s like hitting two birds with one stone and uber x does the opposite it is so much mentally draining

Every reason you named, is why I chose UberEats. Plus, I'm paranoid that someone will bring bedbugs or fleas from their house and infest my car. LOL I love your videos over EVERYONE else's because you get right to the point, there's no, "Umms" & "uhhhs" & you don't keep repeating yourself. I disagree.

With Uber eats you have to drive 10mins to a restaurant. Turn your car off, walk in, wait, get back in your car, start your car, then drive another 10-20mins to deliver their food with at times you have to again turn your car off, find parking, enter the lobby, take an elevator, walk down the hallway, knock on the door, don’t receive a tip, then go all the way downstairs again exit...

It could take about 30-45mins to make 1 delivery all for $5-$8.

I’ve done it all and I agree with everything you said except the distance. I’ve done many many ubereats deliveries clear across town. I’ve done food deliveries over 20 miles away and that includes fast food chain deliveries that you would think would be a short distance.

Simply if you are a ppl's person do Uber XL with some Uber eats in between to get out of the car and walk that would be your exercise during work, if you are not a ppl's person then uber eats it is., and if you want to make some good money, then do continuous uber XL Fri& Sat night and sunday during the day .

Excelent points, I was just talking with my husband about that. Uber eats was better than uber x. Now with the rates decreasing, uber eats is not worth anymore.

well delivering food has so many cons..waiting time in restaurants and mainly "apartments, hotels, and offices..where customer wants you to find a place where they are hiding" while in uber x you stay in ur car

Well I prefer to have a bag of food in my car then a passenger,
Not only that I don’t always use my car if it’s a nice summers day I might take out the electric bike and do some deliveries,
If it’s raining I take the car

I've had enough of seeing Uber xl request 10 minutes away, only to drive that distance and take someone .7 miles around the corner and making 3 bucks.
