I've been trying to fix mine for a whole week, then I typed in what I needed and then I used this one. I held the button down for 20 seconds and it worked! thank you so much for showing us how to do it!

I tired this fix and it didn’t work for mine. Worked perfectly yesterday but this morning just not responding to anything. I held the power button for 30 seconds and still nothing. Is the anything else I can do?

Omg you’re a lifesaver! I actually tried doing this, but guess I didnt hold the button down long enough. And if I didn’t come across the video, I probably wouldn’t have tried it again (however mine took about 35-40 seconds before the light came on). My son was already having a rough day today and then after earning his time to play, it crushed him thinking it was broken from an accidental drop on the ground when he was putting it away last time he had played. Thankfully that was not the case, and videos tip did the trick. It also made my day to hear my son say “you’re like a Superhero Mom, here to save the day”! 🦸🏻‍♀️ 💙

I charged mine for about 12+ hours as well as holding down the power button for 20+ seconds and holding down the down volume as well yet it didn't work
