Driving in Italy made Easy

I drove in Italy. It’s not much different than driving in New York.

They show you all the rules of driving it Italy?? It’s probably a 30 second video. I once ducked into a doorway to avoid a car driving on the sidewalk to get around a traffic jam. They’re nuts over there.

It look me 30 minutes to drive out of Florence. The different ramps and roundabouts with a slow gps made it hard. I went through the same roundabout 3 times. I had to drive through narrow streets with people eating at restaurant tables, trying not to run anyone over.

I got a speeding ticket on the highway going from Florence to Siena. I also went the wrong way down a one way street in Livorno. Luckily it was on a Sunday afternoon when the whole town was shut down. On the way back to where we were staying it started to rain so bad that we pulled into a McDonalds to let the storm die down. Only for the power to go out in the McDonalds.

My friend, in 28 years in Italy i will have seen 20 vespa one the road, no one drive vespa enymore

My man, as an italian the problem with driving in italy isn't understanding the signs, the problem is that nobody follows the signs, red lights n stops

How do you read those signes? They are called EYES! Love ya ❤😊
