how can i watch videos on pc? is full hd 1080p real or is it more a 720p?

My understanding is that the server that supports the distant login on a phone, etc is no longer in operation.
The application, iMiniCam, therefore cannot connect and show live video on a phone.
What used to be the world's most used app for distant watching no longer functions because the server has been shut down.
I have had this very speaker for two years and it has suddenly gone totally inoperable.
This camera WiFi network does not show on my WiFi list.
Reboots have no effect; power on and off has no effect.
As long as I am within 50 feet of my prominent network, it worked until recently.
The camera is plugged into an outlet so the battery certainly is not the issue.
I have other cameras using the app and they do work, but periodically they too shut down and say "Logging In" for what seems a lifetime. I delete, reset, delete, reset and then, suddenly the camera is "online".
Video is presented when near the dominant network but nothing when distant.
This particular camera can QR Scan but never find the camera. It has been dormant now for more than a week.

I have this product but the review seems like a different one lol. There's absolutely no brightness settings wich it severely needs as anything other than a ridiculously illuminated room makes everything look like it's filmed from season 8 game of thrones. It doesn't tilt up. Again this is a big issue as field of view is basically letterbox! If it's places at waist height you're literally going to record a belt. If it's head height your going to record shoulders. As for Picture quality!! Looks worse than a 80s kodak. Mine hilariously Has 4k option wich does...absolutely nothing and turns Picture Quality from a 1980s disposable kodak into a....1980s disposable kodak...
