Sew Sunday 11/10/24 Let's Make Pajama Pants ♡

In today's video I show you how to make some pajama pants out of fleece. The same would apply to flannel. I also show cotton pants. I did have some issues with the cotton pants, but worked through it. Either way its really easy to do. You can make these type pants with or without a serger machine. Have fun.

Tiffany, you can buy 3 inch wide black elastic, and just stitch it to the top of the purple pants (no need to cover with fabric).

I wonder if I could make some casual "swishy" pants by choosing (say) a black swishy fabric with this pattern? There's nothing that says pants have to be fitted. I might give it a go!

I use French seams most of the time. Very easy.

If you want a higher waist just remove the elastic, add more fabric on top and put elastic back in.

I see what happened to the purple pair. did not lay the pieces together to cut both fronts .. a back and front got cut instead... and I feel one leg is smaller and one leg is larger if you check it.

Isn’t the inseam the one running up the inside of each leg from floor to crotch?
