The Sena Youtube videos, Sena advertising, and Sena instruction manual reflect the ability to perform voice commands with the RV1 EVO.

You are simply misleading and lying to the public regarding this issue.

I received my R1 EVO today, and could not figure out how to do voice commands, even when following the instructions.

A phone call I made about 6:30pm EST to Sena technical support line was made. The rep said that there are no voice commands because of 'voice command' chips are not available.

Not only on the R1-EVO, but on other models you are continuing to sell, also, including the M1.

Yet you continue to sell for full price - for a partially-made helmet. This is unsatisfactory.

The intercom function is nice, though.
