CHP finds ATV involved in fatal hit-and-run that killed two children

This guy turned a horrible mistake into him spending prison for the rest of his life. He was driving at night with lights and apparently the kid didn’t have lights on. Which makes me ask where their parents were?

Look we all ride ATVs dirt bikes and razors we all know why the guy didn't stop most likely he was drinking and driving with his buddies that's why they fled the scene the parents should be riding the ATVs and having a kid behind you holding you not letting them ride it on their own

Parents should be charged for child endangerment specially for leaving them alone at night the kids were like a mile a while from there camp site smh.

I saw a woman and her baby run over by a 17 year old who was already on probation for putting drugs in a girl's drink. The district attorney gave that kid 7 months probation. So I'm sure we won't see much of a punishment for the person who's guilty for this.

We’re those kids operating that vehicle alone? This will play a very unfair point of view. They are way too young to be driving that alone.
It won’t look good in court knowing that those kids were alone on that machine! But they still have to catch the people who ran into them, if they ever do.
This will be much more difficult for the parents to get justice, knowing that you have to be 16 years old and older to be on an ATV. Tough facts. Public land, parents fuked up.
