Most people don't like stillness because they don't want to deal with who they know they really are.

Other than paying attention to my surroundings, I sometimes organize my bag and dust the dash, but tbh, that does give me pleasure. 😊 More often think about people I care about and things I need to do at home. Most of what's going on "out there" these days doesn't appeal to me.
