I still don’t think that’s the real Lilith. The necklace Lilith ALWAYS wears are pearls from Lucifer, and in one of the scenes in the show, it even shows her face is blurred, and it isn’t like they’re waiting to do a big face reveal or they’d blur out the painting’s faces. I think this is Eve who was probably became a fallen angel and somehow took over Lilith or she can shift into other forms other than her own. Maybe she’s jealous that Eve had it good despite being a fallen angel and wanted to take over her life so she’s keeping the real Lilith somewhere because maybe Eve is tired of being second and possibly got compared to Lilith a lot
