VB.Net - Creating a simple quiz questionnaire

One of the worst ways to create a quiz. This way you have to create a new form for every question, that insane. Better make a script that randomly picks a question+answers, store that question id in a array or list to prevent the question will come again, and just refresh the same form after every answered question. Much more effective.
