It’s funny how our tastes change. I never liked the Barbie Fashion Model Collection Silkstones when I saw them on sale on the Mattel Website more than 10 years ago. Now I appreciate their quality and elegance, but they have gone up so much that I just have one older one and a few from 2019/20.

i relate honestly, i got the g3 toralei and i actually didn’t like her at first especially with the long hair and i found out she was 24 dollars at walmart online and so i got her and i love her so much and i decided not to cut her hair cus idk what i’m doing lol

I love how involved your parents are in your doll collecting. Other parents should take notes lol. I myself along with a bunch of other ppl have parents that think doll/toy collecting is stupid, childish, and a grievous waste of money :(

my friend got me cheer Skylar for Christmas I hated Skylar from rainbow high I just felt they didn't do her dolls justice but once I got her I loved her

My mom didn't want me to get different variations of the MH dolls because well I already owned the original ones. She said that they other ones just got an outfit change and it makes me so saaaad. There were so many good ones and now they're all super overpriced. 😭😭😭
