You did your thang with the 2week update in same video! Pictum Tricolor actually has a succulent like stem, that makes it drought tolerent a bit. Grows fine (for me) in low humidity, i've only ran into trouble with them, when I watered too often. So professional of them to send replacements.

I'm trying to propagate my splendid from a wet stick..it has 3 baby leaves, , very lil leaves, but no roots...Its in a prop box in perlite, , any tips would be great..Do I jus wait til roots form from the new baby leaves, ,is this norm????
