I really like this EAS. I do have a suggestion for later EAS.

With something as severe as this, the goal is likely to tell people what must be done immediately. So I think information should be delivered in a order similar to this.

-Tell people to stop everything they are doing (especially reading email, in this case) and listen to this alert until they fully understand it.
-Say who this is being issued by.
-Explain that unless absolutely necessary, you should avoid checking your emails. If you must check your email, don’t read any with suspicious titles. Explain that you should not forward this email to anybody and should simply ignore the email.
-Explain what to do if you have clicked on these emails. Tell people that they will be notified if the problem is resolved before your death, just to give people any sort of hope of survival. If people know they are going to die no matter what, they are probably less likely to obey rules (even to save others). So it would probably be better to tell a comforting lie.
-Explain the anomaly as the last thing in the alert, as you don’t need to understand the anomaly to be safe from it.
-If something this severe happened, regular programming would probably be indefinitely suspended until the issue is resolved.

That’s just what I think makes logical sense. I’m not an EAS expert, so I don’t know how information would be delivered if this happened. This is just my opinion.
