I`m not really a model maker but a total WW1 junkie. I bought this kit to stick on the shelf with my original WW1 items. I`m so glad I found your videos, this will really be an amazing help and guide for me. I bought a few other random cheaper kits just to get a basic skill level built up. Many thanks for posting this video, I`m looking forward to seeing your progression.

That looks like a cool kit, Nigel !That is one big block of a tank and it is calling to my German heritage. Seeing all the crew they stuffed inside reminds me of a clown car. Thanks for the building tips and looking forward to the other parts !

We have one of the few remaining A7V in the world, the Mephisto, at our Brissy Museum.. they just recently fully restored it.

Nigel, well done a new build, great stuff.I probably sound like a broken record BUT that Meng kit is the nice tan plastic.Bet there wont be any major issues. The dark brown plastic seem iffy kits. Have you built many Meng to comment on this. Why would a company use different plastic in kits, i think its a cost thing. Quality is defo less

It's a really nice kit shame there was no engine with it really for under that big void under diver! Even if they had shutters like the mk5 just need to block it off of scratch one
