Thank you both. Please get well soon Professor Dalgeish! It is infuriating that a treatment that is beneficial, hasn't got serious side effects and is affordable must struggle so much to be allowed. I really hope the tide will turn in the USA.

My hubby was recently diagnosed with cancer, he survived for 3 weeks. Start to end his treatment was appalling even at the hospice, thank god i had POA. He died as he wished in my arms at home.
