At the very height of the pandemic my wife & I were kicked out of our own home, she ended up going to the hospital the day after with blood pressure issues. But the kicker is we more or less own our home for I inherited it from my father & through it has not yet finished probate I am the only heir & fiduciary, it was a county code officer who was harassing many people in our small & poor rural community. A previous code enforcement officer was fired when it was discovered she was taking bribes from people but many suspect this one is every bit as corrupt, I had installed a small solar panel on our roof & therefore did not have electricity to the panel & he claimed that us not having power to the panel was enough to kick us out, he boarded up our home & is threatening to demolish the house I grew up in & we are having to stay at a friend’s, we have no money & no resources for a lawyer & I have no idea what to do..., I took care of both my parents to their death beds, I gave all my money to their care & now they are gone it feels as if the world is attacking everything that’s left, I just want to take care of my wife & our two little puppies & wish that the world would let us be.

Hey I’m the landlord and I’m getting completely screwed. My tenants get Whole Foods groceries delivered to their door step every week like $600 in artisanal groceries. Meanwhile scrambling to save and eating ramen I’m at the dollar store trying to pay my property tax and mortgage 🤦‍♂️

My tenant just got a new Tesla too
