Frozen - Unfrozen Coke Can

This can was forgotten in the freezer at work. It was defrosted and made airborne.
It carried POP as name, what a coincidence.

i keep my mini fridge so cold that the coke starts to get ice crystals in it but not quite frozen, best when in the thick glass bottles, had a few cans go pop inside though

Ha! You expanded one all the way to poppage. :D I've experienced one of these explode. WHAT A BOOM! I was on a train to London, sat in the Buffet Car with some others. Someone had a bag filled with drinx, but they'd also filled the bag with ice to keep the drinx cold!

That was only a couple of months before 9/11, it's a good thing it didn't happen afterwards! The whole train would've been evacuated under terrorism emergency or something!

i have accidently had one can coke in fridge. And it got frozen and stuck between the shelfs.. when i wiggled it free it exploded in my hands and face. Thankfully i came out of it unharmed. But damn. they can explode loud. Awesome video though! :D

One of my friends put a can in the refrigerator (not the freezer) and the can exploded because it was too cold! Lucky yours didn't explode in the freezer.

That Aluminium stretched a lot, surprising it didn't tear as that stuff is so thin now these days.

Correct, standard cans are 330ml here. The mini ones are the 250ml.

Yes, there was a bit of luck here. i know the mess it makes when a can of coke or other stuff pops in the freezer. A pain to clean up.

I know, it is worse in Europe where the cans are only 330 or 250 ml.

We've had cans do that in our fridge at work... We'd be working on stuff then BANG, Other times we've found them in that state and it becomes a bomb disposal job.

We will always be like kids, fun to blow up stuff. Now if it was hit by a baseball bat, you would have "a pop fly", BOOM. My favorite will always be those exploding D cell batteries that you had flying way up in the air.

Humm 355 ml you get ripped in NZ the ones here in Oz are 375 ml

Ive known someone to leave a case of coke in the car in winter it wasnt a good idea lol !! I think the diet coke explodes every more violently.
