this track made me go play mass effect. never heard of the game, then i saw the demo, played it, this came up.... then i decided to play the whole trilogy....

best decision in my life. mass effect forever. next year i tattoo the n7 on my leg.

Probably the saddest moment in a video game, watching the Reapers bringing forth Judgement to Humans. Still makes me sad seeing that little boy die. Commander Shepard is gone, and now Revan from SWTOR are deceased now. We're loosing our heroes.

I like the starting at 2.16, the other stuff is just a piano playing a bit in a sad theme. But with the buzz through it, that makes this song so good, because it contradicts so nice.

when i first played this game and saw earth being attacked, etc and the little boy going inside the shuttle and how it blew up, it motivated me more to want to beat this game. even if the little boy was a figment of shep's imagination

Maybe it's just because I write/read a lot of immortal(ish) characters, but this specific feeling resonates somehow. The feeling of knowing what is happening, and knowing you have a unique part to play, but also knowing you can't do enough.You want to save them all at once or die as part of them...but you can't. Stuck between worlds.
